Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the software-as-a-service (“SaaS”) platform provided by Computrols, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of our SaaS platform (referred to as the “Services”).

b. User Accounts: To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

User Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit or upload to our Services (“User Content”). By providing User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the User Content solely for the purpose of providing our Services.
